Where are Anora residences?

Our first residence is in Las Vegas: sunshine all year, no state income or estate tax, and a growing Asian-American community. Anora grows at a measured pace, so every residence is run with the same care and quality. Priority list members receive the address and tour invitations first.

Why is each residence so small?

By design. With no more than nine residents in each home, our team knows everyone personally and can offer truly personal, VIP service. Each residence is a single-level home: no stairs, no elevators, and everything a few steps away. And a small household makes it easy to create a shared culture together, so every Anora home has its own warm character.

How is Anora different from a 55+ community or a large facility?

A 55+ community is age-restricted, but meals, housekeeping, transport and care are still yours to arrange, and a large facility can feel institutional. Each Anora residence is a real home for no more than nine residents, with a house team on site 24/7 for dining, housekeeping, care, recreation and learning.

How does pricing work?

A monthly fee covers your suite and everyday services. There is also a one-time entrance fee, and optional services are billed separately. A life planner can share current rates.

What if I need more support later?

You can add services as your needs change, such as a companion for doctor visits, pharmacy services and long-term care nursing. If your needs ever go beyond what our home can provide, your life planner will help your family plan the next step.

Who qualifies to live at Anora?

Independent seniors, typically 70 and older, who value connection, comfort and Chinese culture: its food, language and everyday customs. Everyone who shares these values is welcome.

How does my family stay involved?

Your family receives photos and updates, can see your weekly calendar, and has a dedicated contact who knows you well. Family and friends are welcome to visit and join you for lunch.
